As a nursing faculty member, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the learning of nursing students, empowering them with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to deliver safe, effective, and interprofessional care to clients, families, and communities. You will create engaging learning environments that promote cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development, while also fostering students' behavioral and socialization skills essential for nursing professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing and evaluating student success.
Contributing to curriculum design and program outcomes.
Acting as a change agent and demonstrating excellence in nursing education and practice.
Continuously pursuing quality improvements as an educator.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in Nursing is required, with a Doctorate preferred. Additional consideration will be given for certification as a nurse practitioner or in a specialty area, as well as for experienced faculty members.
