Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours/week)

We are collaborating with a school district in New Hampshire that has a variety of remote special education needs. Each position offers unique opportunities, but you can expect to engage in the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Conduct online evaluations and monitor student growth regularly.
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and specialists to support student learning.
Deliver specialized instruction using innovative virtual learning platforms.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date educational records for all students.
Participate in online team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education or a related field (required).
Active state licensure in Special Education (required).
Proficiency in online teaching tools and platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity in designing engaging virtual lessons.
