Addison Group is working with a reputable client in the Lone Tree area to identify a professional and dependable Office Coordinator for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, service-focused environment and enjoys supporting daily office operations.

Job Description:

This fully on-site role will support the front office by greeting visitors, managing tenant communications, and handling various administrative responsibilities. The Office Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist in keeping internal processes organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and tenants via phone and email
• Redirect maintenance or billing requests to the appropriate internal team
• Provide general office support including document review and data entry
• Assist with tenant updates related to inspections, billbacks, and account inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of office support or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fully in-office role

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Assignment beginning on July 28th
• Assignment Length: 8–12 weeks
• Contract Role
