Full-Time Occupational Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position at an Assisted Living Facility in Oregon. Join a dedicated team of professionals committed to helping residents recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, enabling them to regain independence and enhance their quality of life.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Patient Volume: Approximately 7 patients per day (35 patient visits per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial capabilities, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to understand functional limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, resident goals, and physician input.
• Provide specialized interventions, including therapeutic exercises, ADL training, cognitive enhancement strategies, and environmental modifications to support residents' recovery.
• Track and document residents' progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in occupational therapy practices and adhere to all relevant regulatory standards.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 a year.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon State.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practice standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
