Reporting to the CNO, the Nurse Manager Process Improvement will be responsible for assisting with the development of Process Improvement initiatives across the hospital while working closely with the Quality, Clinical, and Operations Leadership across the hospital. As an expert in clinical nursing, The Nurse Manager Process Improvement will use both Clinical and non-clinical knowledge and skills to identify, design, and implement performance and improvement methodologies in relation to Lean and Six Sigma principles.
The Nurse Manager Process Improvement will have strong analytical skills and knowledge of Quality initiatives and Change Leadership ideals. The Nurse Manager Process Improvement will develop and execute presentations to non-clinical and clinical staff and be a resource for staff, administration, and department leaders.
