Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the PACU and AMSU units, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal utilization of resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated nurses, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the nursing staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance interdisciplinary communication and coordination of care.
