Title: Neonatal ICU Nurse Manager
Pay: 48.08 to 56.25 per hour depending on experience.

Night and weekend support as needed for a Level III NICU that provides family centered neonatal care across Osceola County.
Key responsibilities
Assign nurses to acuity and maintain safe ratios
Lead performance improvement, safety, and patient experience work
Manage budget, supplies, and capital needs
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
Collaborate across womens and childrens services for seamless care
Qualifications
2 plus years recent NICU leadership Manager or Charge
4 plus years staff NICU RN experience
Active RN license. AHA BLS within 30 days. NRP within 6 months
BSN required. Masters preferred
