Job Description

Teaching tasks: Design and implement English teaching curriculum, develop individualized teaching plans according to students' needs and abilities, and help students improve their English proficiency, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Selection of teaching materials: Select appropriate teaching materials and teaching methods according to the age and English level of the students to ensure that the teaching content meets the actual needs and learning objectives of the students.
Classroom Teaching: Classes are conducted in English, encouraging students to actively participate in interactions and improve their oral expression skills. At the same time, we emphasize the development of students' grammar, vocabulary and writing skills.
