Medical Office Registration Clerk!
Job Description In this role, you will assist patients with portal registration, prepare for upcoming appointments, and troubleshoot issues with the patient portal.
Responsibilities - Assist patients with portal registration
- Prepare paperwork for upcoming appointments
- Troubleshoot issues with the patient portal
- Provide administrative support at the front desk
- Handle patient registration and reception duties
Essential Skills - Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in technology
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Experience in administrative support
- Experience in patient registration
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Previous experience with eClinical Works (eCW) preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite in a Pediatric Clinic for the duration of a 2-month project. The work environment involves direct interaction with patients and staff in a medical setting, requiring a professional demeanor and adherence to clinic protocols. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
