In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, managing various aspects of the revenue cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting insurance follow-ups and handling claim denials and appeals
Engaging in guarantor follow-up and patient correspondence
Posting payments and performing general medical billing duties
We're looking for candidates who thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess strong problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working with numbers and be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key qualifications include:

Reliability and self-motivation to implement established processes and follow through on assigned tasks
Strong customer service skills to assist patients and ensure a positive experience
Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems
As part of our remote hybrid team, you will be required to attend scheduled in-office days each month, as assigned by your direct manager.
