Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and help drive our revenue by managing and resolving outstanding medical claims. In this role, you will ensure that claims are processed efficiently and accurately while following our established protocols to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Follow-Up: Proactively communicate with insurance companies to ensure timely and complete payments on claims.
Claims Management: Research, correct, and resubmit claims or appeals as needed to facilitate resolution.
Payment Discrepancies: Reach out to insurance providers to address any payment discrepancies and work towards resolution.
Documentation: Accurately process and document adjustments, including write-offs, transfers, and chargebacks across multiple platforms.
Client Support: Provide clients with necessary information to aid in the collection process and enhance their experience.
Financial Analysis: Analyze insurance reimbursement receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Confidentiality: Protect sensitive information by adhering to professional standards and following all company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in medical billing is required.
Strong understanding of medical billing terminology and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret information effectively.
Excellent documentation and time management skills.
Committed to delivering quality results.
Basic math skills are necessary.

Salary: $ 16.00 21.00 Per Hour
