Job Description – Marketing Lead
We are looking for a Marketing Lead to be a contributing senior member of the marketing team—including a focus on refining and implementing a cohesive strategic marketing plan. In this role, you will utilize SEO techniques, paid advertising, social media marketing, and general content creation and distribution to increase brand awareness and drive profit growth.
This role is responsible for managing the marketing team members to develop, implement, and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will also include improving brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns and PR, planning conferences and events, and overseeing marketing/conference budget. The position will report to the Vice President of Insights and is based in Exton, PA.
Responsibilities - I dentify gaps in current marketing strategy and assist in creating strategic plan for implementing new tactics
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with clients
- Collaborate with Marketing Associates to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally, as well as overall company initiatives
- Manage HubSpot platform including email campaigns, landing pages and lead management
- Ensure HubSpot, Physician Portal and other website add-ons are fully integrated and accessible for client and internal use
- Manage annual marketing and conference budget
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights into campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI
- Work closely with sales, product development, and insights teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales team to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions
- Create and share new content through various channels, ensuring a strong online presence for the company brand
- Launch optimized online advertisements through social media, Google, and directly on healthcare media outlets
- Implement SEO techniques into new and existing content
- Utilize Google Analytics to create KPI dashboards, monitor website traffic, and analyze performance of digital marketing efforts
- Own and manage the company website
- Attend conventions and conferences, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
- Write, review, edit, and update copy for marketing campaigns, including press releases, email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, and other marketing material
- Create graphic elements and infographics that tie into marketing campaigns
- Serve as point of contact for external vendors and agencies as needed
Qualifications - 8-10 years of experience in B2B healthcare market research or agency
- Experience with marketing CRM platforms, with direct HubSpot experience required
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market research, industry trends, and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to distill insights into product-level marketing (simplify complex information into user-friendly format)
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or similar role
- Advanced proficiency with email marketing software, WordPress, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Google Ads and knowledge of paid search campaigns
- An eye for visual appeal and brand consistency
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced copywriting ability and proofreading skills
- Related BS or master’s degree
