What You’ll Do

• Design workflows, work center layouts, and material handling processes
• Support ERP implementation through data analysis
• Create work instructions and documentation
• Contribute to the Quality Management System
• Present project updates to the Leadership Team
• Spend time both on the production floor and in the office, seeing how engineering decisions impact real operations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (preferably after sophomore year)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SolidWorks experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in manufacturing processes and problem-solving
• Basic familiarity with hand tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) and carrying (up to 25 lbs)
• Occasional pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching
