This is an exciting Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Opportunity in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead personal injury cases from start to finish, guiding clients through every stage of District and Superior Court litigation, including pleadings, discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial.
• Develop winning legal strategies by conducting in-depth legal research and case analysis to assess liability and damages.
• Manage all aspects of discovery , including collaborating with expert witnesses and conducting depositions with precision.
• Prepare compelling legal briefs and present powerful arguments in court, demonstrating strong courtroom advocacy.
• Maintain exceptional client communication , providing empathetic and clear guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and enhancing litigation workflows within the team.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing license with the North Carolina State Bar.
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in North Carolina. 
• Experience managing litigation docket with confidence.
• Strong courtroom presence and a knack for strategic thinking.
