Compensation:
Competitive earnings with a target of $126,500 at plan.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine optimal listing prices and secure the best deals for sellers.
Client Support: Attend closing processes to offer support to clients as needed, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
Listing Presentations: Schedule and conduct engaging listing presentations with potential sellers, highlighting exceptional customer service.
Marketing Expertise: Create and deliver compelling listing presentations that showcase the home's key selling points and recommended asking price.
MLS and Marketing Management: Oversee all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, including completing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing effective marketing strategies for quick sales.
Qualifications:
Efficient: Able to complete tasks quickly and effectively, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
Team Player: Committed to team success and believes that collective achievements are key to individual success.
CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with or eager to learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Licensed: Currently holds a valid real estate license.
