About the Role
We are looking for exceptional, licensed mental health therapists/counselors to provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality care.
We offer two flexible options for this role:
Contract / 1099: This option provides flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere and set your schedule. We ask that you dedicate at least 12 hours per week to group and individual/family sessions.
W2: This full-time role requires availability in the evenings and on Saturdays, with opportunities for group and individual/family sessions.
What You'll Experience as a Provider:

Support: Our full-time Admissions and Assessment team will assist with client intake and administrative work so you can focus on what matters most - providing exceptional care.
Consistency: Your schedule will be as full as you want it to be. Weekly group and individual sessions ensure stability and predictability in your workday.
Client Relationships: You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with a small caseload of clients, allowing for in-depth therapeutic work and sustainable healing.
Collaboration: Participate in case discussions with a supportive team of clinicians, leveraging their expertise and developing new skills.
Professional Growth: Access free, online CEUs to meet licensing requirements and explore topics of interest.
100% Remote: Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere within the USA.
About You
You are passionate about helping teens and young adults and are well-versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities. You value collaboration and are eager to make a lasting impact on the mental health of your clients.
You are:
Confident in integrating modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI (certification is a plus)
Skilled in working with teens and young adults
Passionate about group therapy and comfortable leading group sessions
Creative and engaging, especially in virtual settings
Available in the evenings to accommodate client schedules
Qualifications:
Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines welcome)
Experience with youth and young adults preferred
Master's degree in mental health or a related field
Availability between 12 and 40 hours per week (depending on position type)
Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR systems

Our Admissions Team handles scheduling, client communication, and billing, so you can focus on what you do best - providing care. We also have a full-time outreach and marketing team to ensure your caseload stays full, according to your preferences.
Compensation:
The target base compensation for this role ranges from $53,000 to $75,000 per year.
With performance-based bonuses, total cash compensation could range from $57,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience, location, and other factors.
