What You’ll Do

• Create Connection: Welcome every prospect with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Lead Engaging Tours: Highlight the unique features of our apartments and community, tailoring each tour to the prospect’s needs.
• Stay in the Know: Keep up with market trends and competitor offerings to position your property effectively.
• Support the Team: Assist with marketing efforts, online listings, social media content, and resident events.
• Follow Through: Maintain accurate leasing paperwork, process applications, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Champion Resident Satisfaction: Be a go-to resource for current residents and help ensure a positive living experience.

Requirements

• A passion for people and a natural ability to make others feel at home
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (we use modern leasing platforms!)
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow within a dynamic, supportive team
