We are seeking a Lead UX Researcher to join our dynamic team and champion user-centric design and research practices throughout our product development process.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our client's UX research lead to gain stakeholders’ trust by integrating research insights into our advertising strategy and maintaining customer-centricity in our design process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct user interviews
• Carry out usability testing
• Publish user/customer research reports
• Analyze data to maintain a user-centric approach in design
• Present research findings to brands, product managers, and UX/UI designers
• Facilitate workshops to further design thinking methodologies
• Develop prototypes for iterative testing
• Maintain customer centricity throughout the design process
• Champion the need for UX research in general implementation processes

Requirements

• Stakeholder management and engagement skills to co-create, convince, educate, and influence
• Background in partnering with product managers to uncover user insights and business opportunities
• Experience in ecommerce and familiarity with experimentation methods
• Capability to craft a research plan, execute it, synthesize the data, and share findings
• Expertise in both generative and evaluative user research
• Qualifications in ResearchOps
• Competency in working independently as a freelancer for a corporate and showcasing proactiveness in remote work environments
• Fluent in English (C1) and proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Romanian, Serbian, Greek, Czech

Nice to have

• Fluency in French
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools and workshop facilitation
• Solid understanding of current trends in UX research
