The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate Labor & Employment to join a distinguished team in New York NY. This position focuses primarily on employerside litigation with opportunities to provide advisory services and conduct investigations. Your expertise will be vital in resolving complex legal matters and delivering exceptional results.

What Youll Do

• Represent clients in class and representative actions including wage and hour disputes and discrimination cases.
• Advise clients on labor and employment matters and conduct investigations as needed.
• Draft and execute litigation strategies including drafting motions and briefs.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide toptier legal services.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Law school graduate fromwith at least three years of experience at a peer law firm specializing in labor and employment law. Experience in class actions is highly preferred.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Skills: Strong expertise in employerside litigation excellent research and writing skills and effective communication abilities.
• Additional Qualifications: Proven ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment law with a focus on class and representative actions.
• Strong litigation and advocacy skills including strategic problemsolving.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for effective client engagement.
• Detailoriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
