We are seeking highly motivated associates from law school class years 2021 and beyond to join a leading M&A and Private Equity team in Los Angeles CA. This position provides an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and build meaningful client relationships.

In this position you will:

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from a toptier accredited law school with strong academic performance.
• Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the California Bar.
