- здійснення відбору проб сировини, інградієнтів, напівфабрикатів, продуктів незавершеного виробнитцва, готової продукції для мікробіологічних дослідженнь,
відбору проб для мікробіологіного контролю виробничого обладнання, води, повітря, технологічних середовищ з оформленням результатів відбору у протокольних документах встановленої форми;
- підготовка до проведеня мікробіологічного контролю якості та безпеки сировини, інгредієнтів, пакувальних та допоміжних матеріалів, напівфабрикатів, готової продукції, з метою визначення їх відповідності вимогам чинної номративної документації та вимогам компанії PepsiCo
