Junior Designer

Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Design print/digital in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma following project briefs
• Assist with video editing in Adobe After Effects
• Conduct visual QA, ensuring alignment with best practices and brand consistency
• Join team meetings to discuss project scope, concept, design, budget, and schedule
• Follow project timelines and budgets using daily time-tracking software

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Graphic Design/related field
• Strong portfolio in design principles: layout, UI/UX, typography, color theory
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Attention to detail
• Efficient multitasker
• Team-oriented, contributes to office culture
• Can work on-site in Roselle, IL (4 days/week)
