SAIC is seeking an JIRA and Confluence Administrator to work on the LANDMARK AOS program in Chantilly, VA. LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.

Responsibilities include to include:

• Responsible for creating & managing HGIPT Confluence & JIRA projects, content, and dashboards.
• Ensures that all material is up to date and that HGIPT Solution Epic JIRA items and AO Program Epic JIRA items are properly traced, and real-time development & testing status is propagating from the AO Feature/Story levels up to the Solution Epics.
• Assists Solution Architect and Solution Train Engineer in managing and maintaining HGIPT material on day-to-day basis.
• Helps consolidate and maintain HGIPT architectural and roadmap documentation.
• Leverages Atlassian plugins and DevSecOps testing pipelines to streamline display and transparency of HGIPT status information. 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Experience with both Confluence and JIRA
• Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
• coordination within a high-tempo environment
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
