Salary:

Position: Investment Banking Analyst
Location: Remote (North America)

We are excited to welcome an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to our growing team! In this role, you will collaborate with innovative companies in the internet, software, and disruptive consumer sectors to facilitate mergers, acquisitions, and financing assignments.

What You'll Do:
- Work closely with clients to support their financial objectives and execute strategic transactions.
- Create marketing documentation and financial models that clearly communicate insights and value.
- Conduct thorough research and competitive analyses to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- At least two years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 transaction services (degree must be completed).
- Previous experience in M&A or relevant internships is highly desirable.
- Strong writing skills for marketing documentation, along with experience in transaction modeling and valuation analyses.
- Solid financial modeling experience in Excel, with basic proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for finance, investment banking, and e-commerce.
