( Your Role on the Team The Investigator performs complaint resolution of formal and informal complaints of discrimination, harassment, sexual violence and retaliation. The Investigator conducts research on state and federal laws regarding discrimination and equal opportunity laws and regulations and assists in developing and implementing training programs and workshops designed to educate the University community about compliance, sexual violence, discrimination and harassment prevention and response. The Investigator escalates the most complex issues to management. The Investigator functions as a resource in OEOD compliance specialty programs. Assists in ensuring the University has comprehensive processes for investigations, and coordinated responses for compliance program(s) within purview. Ensures alignment with federal and state laws, and University policies and procedures.
