The Opportunity: Rising Realty Partners is seeking a college Junior or Senior to fill the role of Marketing and Business Development Intern for the spring semester. This opportunity provides hands-on, in-house experience in commercial real estate marketing and business development operations. The role will join our marketing team and report directly to the Director of Marketing and Client Relations. If you’re passionate about market research, social media, and marketing analytics—this is the perfect role for you! The Role’s Responsibilities:

• Learn the process for marketing and developing lines of business in the CRE industry
• Assist with the development, writing, and operation of social media and long-form marketing content
• Tracking, reporting, and providing insights and recommendations
• Conduct marketing analyses to assist in planning efforts
• Assist in the production of written, video, and photo content
• Conduct market research to aid in business development efforts
• Manage and maintain a variety of files/reports
• Learn common marketing and business development platforms such as Hubspot, WordPress, Squarespace, CoStar, Google Analytics, and more
• Special projects as assigned

Duration of Position: This is a temporary position, with potential for extension. We expect our interns to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the flexibility to work between the hours of 7 AM-6 PM either remotely or in the office. 1 day per week in our Los Angeles HQ is strongly preferred. Who You Are:

• Current college junior, senior, or recent graduate (graduated <6 months ago) in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related field
• Strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Graphic Design Tools (Canva and/or Adobe Suite), Social Media Platforms for Business
• Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Creative and critical thinker who brings innovative ideas
• Previous internship or full-time experience preferred
