Your New Role:

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of top-tier HVAC technicians.
• Plan and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance like a well-oiled machine.
• Oversee complex system troubleshooting, ensuring every project runs smoothly.
• Handle client relations like a pro, providing advice, handling complaints, and guaranteeing client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, and equipment inventory, and allocate resources to keep everything on track.

• NH Gas License required.
• Must have EPA Universal Certification .
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Relevant certifications such as EPA 608 , NATE , or similar industry-specific certifications.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of local and national HVAC codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients.
• Ability to work in both office and field environments.
• Comfortable with occasional evening, weekend, or on-call work when required.
