Your New Role: Take Control and Elevate the Game
As our HVAC Install Manager , you won’t just be a cog in the machine—you’ll be at the helm of our Residential Install Department. Your mission? Drive change, build a rock-solid team, and make us the gold standard in the industry. From leading your crew to hitting ambitious targets, you’ll have the freedom to shape the department into something remarkable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Residential Install department with a laser focus on efficiency and quality.
• Manage KPIs like Gross Margin %, labor costs, and customer satisfaction—this is your scorecard.
• Develop training programs that elevate the entire team’s skillset, pushing them to the next level.
• Overhaul inventory management and bring costs under control.
• Drive revenue by converting leads and upselling key services.
• Maintain sky-high quality standards—nail it on the first visit, every time.

What’s in It for You?

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, paid weekly.
• Bonuses: Up to $40,000 annually for hitting gross sales and profit margin targets.

• Proven leadership experience in an installation department, preferably in HVAC.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and a track record of driving teams to meet targets.
