We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospital Account Representatives to join a reputable hospital system in Tucson, AZ. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a competitive pay range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home and remotely after a 90-day onboarding period.

In this role, you will be responsible for the billing and collections of patient accounts, ensuring that UB04 and HCFA 1500 claims, as well as self-pay patient accounts, are processed promptly, completely, and accurately, adhering to all relevant guidelines. You will also be expected to resolve any issues that arise and demonstrate a thorough understanding of payor and patient requirements to facilitate timely and accurate payments.

To qualify, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a proven track record of success.
