About Us:
T.E. Roberts, Inc. is well established pipeline construction company. A large part of our work load is public works construction. We cover projects in Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties. Your position and opportunity for advancement is solely up to you. "NO PROBLEMS, ONLY SOLUTIONS".
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, detail oriented person to add to our dedicated team.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other construction machinery.
• Drive to job sites to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical components.
• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and equipment longevity.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts used and work performed.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly and efficiently.
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and required repairs.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Field Technician.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.
• Relevant certifications in diesel mechanics or heavy equipment repair (preferred).

Skills:

• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Environment:

• The role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• May require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
