About The Role  

As an HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and environmentally responsible operations within our client's wellhead services division. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE programs, conducting field site visits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading safety training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs for wellhead services and equipment deployment.

  • Conduct field site visits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations.

  • Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.

  • Lead safety training programs for field personnel.

  • Collaborate with field teams and leadership to ensure safe operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • 3-7 years of experience in HSE management within the oil & gas industry.

  • Strong understanding of wellhead services, drilling operations, and surface equipment.

  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.

  • Proven experience with incident investigation and risk assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • HSE management certification (CSP, NEBOSH).

  • Familiarity with API standards and industry-specific safety guidelines.

  • Experience with geothermal well operations.

  • Ability to travel regionally for field site visits.
