We are growing and have found a lack of Google ad expertise and focus within our business which is one of our important service offerings. We need a Google search ads expert who ideally has real world experience building and optimizing campaigns, monitoring results like a hawk, analyzing whats working vs what's not, and optimizing for better conversions/cost. Also willing to learn about our clients, their goals, the industry, and continuosly learn more about google ads and the latest changes in the industry.

For the right candidate who we see can truly help us, we are willing to pay as high as $3,000/mo or more for full time as starting pay, with raises potential in the future based on performance. We also do bonuses and frequent raises based on performance. They pay for this job will be split with a solid base and essentially “commisions” or “performance pay” based on clients results. This might start as a part time job, but if it does, it will eventually turn into a full time job within a few months. On part time, a very generous $30/hour will be paid until full time starts.

We really need a go getter who is in it for the long run and wants to learn, grow, improve at google ads and be the main Google Ads specialist at our company and move into a management role in the near future as we expand.

As a new member of the team, you will:

• Build new Google ad campaigns for the clients (they are all property managers, fairly similar just in different cities/areas)
• Check existing campaigns that are already built and find areas for improvement
• Analyze current Google ad campaigns daily and optimize for better conversions and cost per conversion
• Analyze which “conversions” are legitimate by communicating with the client to further optimize the campaign
• Split test ad copy and landing page designs etc (we will help on the designs)
• Work closely with the operations manager (Jivko and CEO (Landon).

The hours are fairly flexible, but we prefer that you work some hours during US working hours. During the onboarding process, you will get familiar with the company’s systems, meet our team, and get started on some small initiatives. We have a small & friendly team, and although there won’t be any formal training, there will be plenty of support. :)

The ideal candidate would have:

• Hunger! Desire to grow and work hard to get there
• Solid Google search Ads experience
• Experience as a person responsible for Ad Results
• Strong analytical skills to help us improve conversions
• You should love Google Ads and be super passionate about it
• Desire to learn more about google ads, our industry, our clients, etc
• Have the ability to work alone 95% of the time
• Desire to work hard every day, go above and beyond and overdeliver for our clients
• Willingness to stay up late sometimes to get work done

Bonus points if you have done Google Ads for local businesses before (our clients are all local businesses)
