For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Right now we are in search of an autonomous Game Developer, whose main mission is to support and develop our successful hyper casual game. You will be interacting with the publisher and the internal project lead, and this is also a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of development at once. Dive in!

What You Will Do:

• Support and develop a hybrid-casual project;

• Interact with the publisher to understand tasks, discuss requirements, and potential enhancements;

• Write efficient and high-quality code to implement game mechanics functionality;

• Work with graphics, including creating and optimizing graphic elements, visual effects, and more;

• Design UI elements and additional visual components;

• Complete tasks on time, report to the publisher and head of the division;

• Be an active team member, express your opinion openly, and suggest your ideas;

• Not be afraid to make mistakes and draw conclusions.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of development experience, with pet projects being mandatory;

• Experience with Zenject / VCointainer (we have our own DI);

• Experience with MVC;

• Skills in working with graphic editors, including basic knowledge of Photoshop/Figma/Blender for 2D and 3D graphics;

• Understanding of game design principles and game mechanics;

• Skill in self-organization, deadline management, and prioritization;

• Proficiency in English (communication with English-speaking publishers);

• Creativity and the ability to translate design concepts into game graphic elements;

• Desire to continuously develop your skills and help colleagues, sharing your knowledge;

• Your motivation is continuous improvement in the field.

What are the conditions and bonuses?
