Job Description

【Requirements】

• -3 years or above teaching experience in kindergarten. Teaching style is fun and engaging. Good at classroom management.
• -Bachelor' s Degree or above; Education related degree preferred.
• -Native English speakers or non-native speakers without a strong accent
• -No criminal record;
• -Certificate such as TESOL, TEFL or CELTA a huge plus. 【Main job duties】
• -English lesson/monthly topic planning and teaching. There are three teaching sessions in a day, and each session lasts 30-40 mins. Everyday you will have one hour planning time.
• -Interact with children in free play time to provide opportunities for children to use English as a tool to communicate.
• -Observe children and write a learning story for each kid.
• -Design a learning area related to the monthly topic.
• -Assist other teachers to keep children safe and complete the classroom routine.
• -Attend planning meetings, parent meetings, and trainings.
