Job Description

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting, excellent Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
2. Excellent cross-team communication and understanding skills, proactive, and good ability to work under pressure.
3. At least 3 years of financial management work experience in large and medium-sized enterprises or work experience in law firms, overseas study/work experience is preferred
4. Able to accept long-term expatriate/overseas work, long-term residence is preferred 1. Responsible for the daily financial work of the group's Medisana Japan local accounting processing, statement issuance and tax declaration, and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements

according to the group's requirements 2. According to the group's requirements, do a good job in the financial management and supervision of the group's Medisana Japan module, and organize follow-up financial work including capital forecasting, tax planning and risk management. 3. Responsible for organizing and assisting the business module to complete the annual budget, including the formulation of annual sales planning, target dismantling, and related cost forecasting. 4. Responsible for following up and analyzing the implementation of the operating budget of the business module, completing the preparation of business statements and reports according to the requirements of the group, organizing business analysis meetings on a regular basis, issuing improvement suggestions, and assisting in the achievement of the operating results of the overseas business module. 5. Complete various financial-related tasks assigned by the general manager of the business department.
