Overview:
We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a high-growth, multi-unit restaurant group. This role will support financial reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis across all locations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Prepare and analyze P&L statements and operational reports
Monitor financial performance across multiple units
Support accounting close processes and variance analysis
Partner with operations to improve financial outcomes
Requirements:
3+ years of finance or accounting experience (multi-unit or restaurant preferred)
Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
Experience with P&L and unit-level financials
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
