FIELD STAFF

SCHEDULE: This part-time position is based on client needs, and may require you to workdays, evenings, and/or nights as well as holidays and weekends.
Overview of Position
Field staff positions with our company are part-time and hours available can vary greatly week to week. We may have several weeks with no hours and then several weeks with 40 plus hours. We schedule 6 months to 24 hours in advance so individuals with flexible schedules that can work nights and weekends are the people we use most frequently. Shifts can vary from 4 to as many as 16 hours a day. You can decline or accept shift offers but those that are the most flexible are usually called first. Our business requires that we ask you to work in a variety of locations. You will also be required to wear a company shirt and name badge on most programs. Your daily job duties usually revolve around assisting our guests to and from arranged transportation and setting up transportation vehicles so guests can board in a timely and orderly fashion.
Below is a list of common field staff assignments.
Airport Meet & Greet and Departures – You will be assigned to meet a lead staff person at the airport. That lead will assign you a specific role for that day which usually involves meeting and greeting guests as the move down the escalator to the baggage claim area. On occasion, may be required to assist and/or lift luggage (up to 50 lbs.).
PM Transfers – You will be assigned to meet a lead staff person at a specified hotel. That lead staff person will give you a specific role in managing the flow of people from the hotel to the motor coach and back at the end of the evening.
Tours – You will be assigned to meet a lead staff person at a specified hotel. That lead will assign you to a specific area tour based on your past experience with the tours that day. You will be responsible for making sure all the guests are safely transferred to and from the tour location.

Special Requirement: Must have valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
