Job Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems; other core building systems such as lighting and plumbing; and commercial building equipment. Work requires expertise with a variety of building systems to recognize and address operating conditions that may lead to breakdown or inefficient operation. Work also involves performing building maintenance tasks that require mechanical expertise and skill, and the ability to input and/or retrieve data from computer programs and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and OSHA standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrical (LME) License or higher.
Compensation: $40.50 - $45.06 Hourly
