Responsibilities:

• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individual clients, landlords, or developers in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience. Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• New York State real estate license
• Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job
• Enterprising drive and motivation to succeed
