We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and communication skills to ensure the seamless execution of various corporate and promotional events.

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, workshops, product launches, and community initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to manage contracts and logistics.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and task assignments.
  • Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events effectively.
  • Ensure all events comply with safety and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
