Minimum Qualifications:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in any field or higher.
At least 1 year of experience teaching online.
A teaching certification such as a 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent.
Access to a reliable desktop or laptop with a webcam, running Intel i5 (10th gen) or higher, 8GB RAM or more, and Windows 10 or higher.
A stable wired internet connection.
Essential peripherals include a 1080p webcam, noise-canceling headphones, and a quiet environment for teaching.
