Superior Ford is located in Plymouth, Minnesota .We are looking to add Quick Lane AUTOMOTIVE LUBE TECHNICIANS to our team. A Quick Lane technician is responsible to perform basic maintenance and light repairs to customer’s vehicles in a team setting. This is a great entry level position for someone with some automotive knowledge but has not been technically trained for advanced diagnostics or repairs. • Efficiently and accurately perform quality maintenance work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards in a team setting.
• Perform quality, detailed multi point inspections on all vehicles serviced.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Moderate customer interaction.
• Light building maintenance and cleaning.
• Shuttle driving and shared Porter duties
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding status of service work so that customers can be informed.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Other duties as required by management

• Some automotive knowledge and previous automotive experience in a professional setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Over 21 years of age.
• Have the ability and desire to FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!
