We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Job Overview:**
As an Entry Level Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role provides a great opportunity for growth in the property management field and offers hands-on experience in various aspects of property management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the management of self storage and/or commercial properties.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct virtual property inspections and assist in maintaining property standards.
- Help coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors.
- Assist in the collection of rent payments and managing delinquencies.
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract potential tenants.
- Collaborate with the property management team to implement policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of property management principles is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
