We are is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team in Miami. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking to start their career in marketing. You will assist in implementing marketing strategies that promote our services and enhance our brand visibility.

Pay:

$20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to reach target audiences effectively.
• Help with market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate and support promotional events and activities, including trade shows and community events.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files and maintaining databases.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Assist in managing the company’s website content and ensuring it is updated and SEO-friendly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to support the marketing team effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
