Electrician

Workify Staffing is actively hiring Electricians for full-time work across the Phoenix metro area . If you know your way around conduit, panels, and terminations — and you’re looking for steady work that pays what you’re worth — we want to talk.

This isn’t entry-level work. We’re looking for reliable trades pros who take pride in craftsmanship, follow safety to the letter, and show up ready to work.

What You’ll Be Doing

You might work commercial or industrial — either way, you’ll bring the spark:

• Run, pull, and terminate wire
• Bend and install conduit (EMT, Rigid)
• Install lights, switches, outlets, and fixtures
• Handle low-voltage wiring and terminations
• Support occasional industrial projects
• Stick to project specs and electrical codes
• Other electrical tasks as assigned

What You’ll Need

• 2 years minimum of hands-on electrical experience
• Your own tools (hand tools + PPE required)
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems & install methods
• Able to read basic blueprints/schematics
• OSHA 10 preferred (we’ll help you get it if needed)
• Pass a drug screen and show up ready
