• Worksite Location: Warminster, PA

What you will do as the Digital Print Operator:

• Perform basic and advanced setups
• Maintain accurate documentation and proper production reports
• Perform daily maintenance to ensure color accuracy
• Interpret color gamuts and adjust as needed
• Ensure jobs are assembled properly and maintain appropriate print position
• Assist Set-Up Technicians with troubleshooting problems
• Load and unload forms to maintain adequate supply of materials at the machine
• Conduct smooth transition between shifts; gather pertinent data to avoid interruption to production
• Ensure overall quality and color consistency
• Partner with the Supervisor when equipment repair is necessary
• Ability to cross-train on all equipment
• Train new team members and assist the team lead as needed

What you will bring to the Digital Print Operator role:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, or related experience
• Manufacturing/Production environment experience; lean manufacturing and/or quality control training preferred
• 2+ years of laser operator experience; additional experience in digital print, direct mail, and/or fulfillment industry helpful
• Previous participation on a safety team and/or other safety training is a plus
• Ability to read and write English and understand oral and written communications
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
