Job Description

Join our team at TLC Logistics as an Amazon Delivery Driver where you'll be an essential part of delivering packages to both residential and commercial locations. We are based in South San Francisco. 

JOB DETAILS:
•    $23.50 to $25.50/hour depending on experience and schedule.
•    Approximately 8-9 hours shift, from 10:00 am to 6:30/7:30 pm.
•    Potential to earn an extra $0.50 to $3.13/hour in bonuses based on performance.
•    $1000 bonus distributed over initial months (eligibility requires no monthly call-outs and minimum 5 shifts per week).
•    Quarterly retention bonus increases with tenure.

•    Paid training provided.
•    Operations conducted 7 days a week; full-time employees work 4 to 5 days.
•    Must work at least one weekend day.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Must be at least 21 years old.
•    Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents in the past 3 years).
•    Successfully passed a pre-employment drug test.
•    Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
•    A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
