Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to perform data entry processing of ACA applications . This remote, work-from-home role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with Salesforce and other CRM tools to accurately enter and manage prospect applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and input ACA applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work within Salesforce and other CRM systems to manage and track applications.
• Review and verify applicant information to ensure compliance with ACA guidelines.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve application issues or missing information.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all processed applications.
• Follow company policies and industry regulations to uphold data integrity and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (Texas) required.
• Experience with ACA applications and health insurance processes preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools (or ability to learn quickly).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members as needed.
