Randstad is seeking a Data Entry Clerk with SAP to work for our manufacturing client located in Lancaster, PA. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment, this could be the perfect fit for you! This is a long term contract role. Start at 8:00 AM and work 6 hours a day. TOTAL hours are 30 hours a week for this contract role. SAP is required. Those without SAP experience will not be considered.

In this essential role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of critical data that drives our operations. Your work will directly support our customer satisfaction and production flow.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately enter customer orders into our system.
• Create and clear shipments and deliveries to ensure products reach their destinations promptly.
• Manage pricing extensions, exceptions, and job pricing, including updating information for price increases.
• Keep our SAP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system current with precise and timely updates.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with SAP
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for entering customer orders, creating and clearing shipments and deliveries into SAP
• Responsible for pricing extensions, pricing exceptions and job pricing – this includes new and updates required for price increases
• Some research required for claims resolution
• No phone work
• SAP or CES knowledge a real plus
• Salesforce experience a real plus
• Work Monday through Friday
• Start around 8:00 am until 2 or 2:30 pm, 6 hours a day and 30 hours a week
