Job Summary:

As a Data Center Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our physical infrastructure from server deployment to troubleshooting and repair. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This is a fulltime position located at our Dallas TX office with occasional travel to domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities:

• Racking building and cabling Intel and AMD servers
  
• Troubleshooting and restoring failed server hardware
  
• Shipping and receiving gear to/from remote locations and vendors
  
• Responding to general help desk technical and product questions generated by customers
  
• Maintaining SLAs and customer expectations
  
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the web hosting field (or equivalent work experience)
  
• High School or GED equivalent (or three years of work experience if no diploma)
  
• Valid Drivers License
  
• Ability to travel multitask and lift heavy objects (50 lbs or 22 kgs)
  
• Strong identity with our brand and team culture
  
• Desire to experience and learn new things

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced networking hardware diagnostics
  
• Willingness to work nontraditional business hours (nights or weekends)
